Terms & Conditions

Rentals go out between 8:30-9:00 AM and 1:00-1:30 PM. Please arrive early enough to fill out paperwork and inspect machines.

Every rental will leave with a full tank of fuel, and must be returned with a full tank at the end of the rental period, at renter’s expense.

Any damage to the rental machine is the responsibility of the renter, and a major credit card number is required for this obligation before pickup.

All renters must be 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license.

Pathfinder reserves the right to refuse rentals to anyone if they appear under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or for any other reason.

Helmets must be worn during the course of the rental and are included in the rental cost. Most rentals are equipped with heated helmet shield hookups.

A additional charge of $10. per-day or $5.00 per half day will be added to offset the cost of Liability Insurance which has increased in cost over 300% in the last two years.

Cancellations of reservations must be made 30 days prior to rental date with no charge. Cancellations inside 15 - 30 days before rental will be assessed 50% of rental unless Pathfinder can re-rent that time frame.
